Anti-HMGB1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against HMGB1 and is supplied as a liquid preparation. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and is also listed as suitable for immunofluorescence (IF).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–215 of human HMGB1 (NP_002119.1), and the target protein is reported with a molecular weight of 29 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC.
