Anti-HMGA1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting HMGA1 is available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human HMGA1 (NP_665908.1) and recognises the ~20 kDa protein. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, following affinity purification. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
