Anti-HMG-1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human HMG-1 and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography to deliver reliable detection of endogenous HMG-1 protein. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is unconjugated and is validated for Western blot (WB), ELISA, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It has been confirmed to react with human, mouse and rat samples, giving laboratories a single reagent that can be used across the most common model systems. The product is shipped at 4 °C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
