Anti-HMG-1 (Acetyl-Lys12) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting HMG-1 (Acetyl-Lys12), supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent of the IgG isotype reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and ELISA applications. It has been cited in a publication examining myocardial inflammation in diabetic cardiomyopathy, where cardiac ER stress-induced CHOP was identified as a transcriptional regulator of cardiac HMGB1, with stress-induced HMGB1 release facilitating M1 macrophage polarization and aggravating myocardial inflammation.
