Anti-HM74 (T327) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, distributed by Antibodies.com, is raised against the human HM74 protein using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 300–350. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, it is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is described as detecting endogenous levels of HM74B protein and also recognising HM74A. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 45 kDa.
