Anti-HLF Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HLF, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent generated in rabbit and validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications. The antibody reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–295 of human HLF (NP_002117.1). The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a stated molecular weight of 36 kDa.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is advised. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquots should be stored at –20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The concentration is lot specific.
