Anti-HLA-H (I104) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody to HLA-H (I104), supplied by Antibodies.com, is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, having been raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 72-126 of human HLA-H. The reagent detects endogenous levels of HLA-H protein and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The HLA-H target has a molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa. One scientific validation image is available.
