Anti-HLA-E Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HLA-E, supplied unconjugated as an IgG reagent in liquid form. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human samples.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human HLA-E (NP_005507.3) and recognises the target at an apparent molecular weight of 45 kDa. The product is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
