Anti-HLA-DRB3 Antibody

Supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL, the unconjugated antibody was raised against a recombinant human HLA-DRB3 immunogen and affinity-purified to enrich for antigen-specific immunoglobulin. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal, making it suitable for sensitive detection of the endogenous HLA-DRB3 target in human samples. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human tissue and cells.
