Anti-HLA-DRB1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HLA-DRB1, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 30–230 of human HLA-DRB1 (NP_002115.2), and the antibody is of the IgG isotype with reactivity against Human and Mouse samples. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000, and Immunofluorescence (IF). The target has a molecular weight of 30 kDa. The product is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
