Anti-HLA-DRA Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HLA-DRA, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 26-216 of human HLA-DRA (NP_061984.2). The antibody is of IgG isotype, affinity-purified, and presented as a liquid formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Reactivity is reported against human and mouse samples. Recommended applications are Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with suggested dilutions of WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The reported molecular weight of the target is 37 kDa. Storage guidance: shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt, aliquot and store at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
