Anti-HLA-DRA Antibody

Primary antibody targeting the alpha chain of the MHC class II DR complex, raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated for flexible downstream labeling. Reacts with HLA-DRA from human, mouse, and rat, supporting cross-species studies of antigen presentation and adaptive immune regulation. Provided by Antibodies.com at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a stabilizing cryoprotectant, in a 100 µl vial format suitable for repeated bench use. Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows, enabling detection of MHC-II expressing cells in tissue sections and on immunoblots. The HLA-DRA subunit pairs with HLA-DRB heterodimers on the surface of professional antigen-presenting cells, and altered expression has been reported in autoimmune disease models and across several tumor microenvironments where antigen presentation is dysregulated.
