Anti-HLA-DRA Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against HLA-DRA, supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blotting. It is affinity purified and formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 26–216 of human HLA-DRA (NP_061984.2), and the antibody recognises HLA-DR in human samples, with manufacturer data also indicating reactivity with mouse and rat. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
