Description
A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against the HLA-DQB2 target. Supplied unconjugated, it is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human and mouse samples. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human HLA-DQB2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of HLA-DQB2 protein. The expected molecular weight is approximately 27 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
