Anti-HLA-DQB1/B2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HLA-DQB1/B2, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody is produced in rabbit host and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Specificity has been demonstrated against endogenous levels of HLA-DQB1/B2 protein, using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to residues in the human target. The detected protein migrates at approximately 30 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
