HLA-DQB1 and HLA-DQB2 encode the beta subunits of the HLA-DQ class II major histocompatibility complex. These molecules play a central role in antigen presentation to CD4+ T cells and are widely studied in autoimmune disease research, transplant immunology, and immune response characterization, including investigations into type 1 diabetes susceptibility and celiac disease associations.
This polyclonal reagent was raised in rabbit and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The unconjugated format from Antibodies.com is validated for Western blot detection across human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting cross-species protein analysis in immunology and cell biology workflows.
For long-term use, aliquot the reagent and store at -20 degrees C, and protect from light to preserve antibody integrity. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided. The 100 ul volume is provided in a vial and is suitable for multiple blotting experiments.
