Anti-HLA-DQA1 Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody from Antibodies.com targeting HLA-DQA1 and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human and Mouse samples and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 24-216 of human HLA-DQA1 (NP_002113.2). Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody shows a molecular weight range of 28 kDa to 37 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; aliquot upon delivery and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
