Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody, available from Antibodies.com, is raised against HLA-DQA1 and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is presented at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
The immunogen used was recombinant full-length human HLA-DQA1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of HLA-DQA1 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The HLA-DQA1 target protein migrates at approximately 35 kDa. One scientific validation image accompanies the product.
