Anti-HLA-DQA1 Antibody

HLA-DQA1 encodes the alpha subunit of the MHC class II HLA-DQ heterodimer, a cell-surface receptor expressed on B lymphocytes, dendritic cells, macrophages, and other antigen-presenting cells where it presents extracellular peptides to CD4+ T cells. This rabbit polyclonal antibody, available from Antibodies.com, recognizes the HLA-DQA1 protein for detection in human samples.

Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated reagent at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human tissue and cell lysates. Aliquot and freeze at -20°C for long-term storage to limit freeze-thaw cycles of the azide-containing buffer.
