Anti-HLA-DPB1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against HLA-DPB1, the beta 1 chain of the MHC class II DP complex. The antibody was raised against a recombinant human HLA-DPB1 immunogen and detects the endogenous total HLA-DPB1 protein in samples of human and mouse origin. Validated applications include Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), making it suitable for studies of antigen presentation and MHC class II expression in tissue and cell lysate workflows. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal, with the antibody supplied in an unconjugated format at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The 50 µl size is provided in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with no magnesium or calcium salts added.
