HLA-DOB (MHC class II DO beta chain) is the β subunit of the non-classical MHC class II heterodimer HLA-DO, which assembles with the HLA-DOA α chain in the endoplasmic reticulum and acts as a negative regulator of HLA-DM-mediated peptide loading onto classical MHC class II molecules. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com binds HLA-DOB and is validated for Western blot detection across human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting studies of antigen presentation, B-cell biology, and thymic selection. Each vial is supplied as 100 µl of antibody at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol; aliquot upon receipt and keep frozen to limit freeze-thaw exposure, and protect from light for long-term storage.
