Anti-HLA-DOA Antibody

Supplied as 200 µl of unconjugated polyclonal IgG raised in rabbit, this reagent from Antibodies.com specifically recognizes human HLA-DOA, the DO alpha chain of the MHC class II complex. HLA-DOA assembles with HLA-DOB to form the DO heterodimer, a non-classical class II chaperone that modulates HLA-DM activity during peptide loading onto classical HLA-DR, HLA-DP, and HLA-DQ molecules. Through this regulation of DM-mediated peptide exchange, DO shapes the peptide repertoire displayed to CD4+ T cells and influences B-cell maturation, thymic selection, and class II–restricted immune responses.

Validated for Western blot workflows, the antibody is intended for research on antigen presentation pathways, germinal center B-cell biology, and MHC class II–mediated immune regulation.
