Anti-HLA-DOA Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets HLA-DOA, the alpha subunit of the non-classical MHC class II heterodimer HLA-DO. HLA-DO assembles with HLA-DOB in the endosomal compartment, where it acts as a negative regulator of HLA-DM and shapes the peptide repertoire displayed on classical class II molecules in B cells and thymic epithelium. The antibody is raised in rabbit, belongs to the IgG isotype, and is supplied unconjugated at 100 µl per vial, supporting standard immunoblotting workflows. Validation has been performed on human samples using Western Blot (WB), and the reagent is intended for research use only in studies of antigen presentation, immune regulation, and autoimmune disease research.
