Anti-HLA-DOα (V111) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets HLA-DOα at the V111 epitope and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 81-130 of human HLA-DOα, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of HLA-DOα protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 34 kDa.
