Anti-HLA-DMA Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the human HLA-DMA target, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent is supplied as 100 µl of ready-to-use antibody optimized for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. HLA-DMA is a non-polymorphic MHC class II chaperone that resides in the endosomal and lysosomal compartments, where it catalyzes the exchange of the invariant chain-derived CLIP peptide for higher-affinity antigenic peptides bound to classical class II molecules such as HLA-DR, -DP, and -DQ. Researchers studying antigen presentation, immune cell biology, and autoimmune disease pathways rely on HLA-DMA detection to investigate the peptide-loading machinery that shapes CD4+ T cell responses.

The antibody is validated for human samples and detected via unconjugated rabbit IgG, allowing flexible choice of secondary reagent for chromogenic, fluorescent, or chemiluminescent readouts.
