Anti-HLA Class 1 ABC Antibody [LY5.1]

From Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal antibody (clone LY5.1) recognises HLA Class 1 ABC and is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied in lyophilised form with an IgG1 isotype.

It was generated using a purified class I HLA complex as immunogen and is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. The product is lyophilised from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2, and should be reconstituted with double distilled water; concentration is reconstitution dependent. Shipping is at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and held at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
