The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. A third-party specification sheet reports affinity purification, a molecular weight of 40 kDa, and reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples, while the supplier listing indicates reactivity with human only. The supplier lists Western blot as the sole validated application; the specification sheet additionally lists immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with recommended dilutions of 1:1,000–1:2,000 for WB, and 1:50–1:200 for IHC and ICC/IF.
