Anti-HLA-A/ B/ C Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human HLA-A/ B/ C protein and detects endogenous levels of HLA-A/ B/ C. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is hosted in rabbit, presented unconjugated, and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 41 kDa, and one scientific validation image is included.
