Anti-HKR1 (W154) Antibody

From Antibodies.com's Primary Antibodies range, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HKR1 and supplied in unconjugated form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 111–160 of human HKR1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of HKR1 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~73 kDa. The preparation is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
