Anti-HKR1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent provides reliable detection of endogenous HKR1 protein in human samples. Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific affinity chromatography from a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human HKR1, the antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in a 50 µl volume as an unconjugated IgG preparation in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blotting and immunofluorescence applications, with demonstrated performance in Western blot analyses of HeLa, Jurkat and COLO205 cell extracts and in immunofluorescence staining of HUVEC cells. Reactivity is restricted to human samples, and the polyclonal format ensures broad epitope coverage for consistent signal generation. For optimal stability, the antibody should be stored at –20 °C, and the product is intended for research use only and is not suitable for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
