Anti-HK3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Hexokinase Type III (HK3), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It has been validated for Western blot (WB); the Antibodies.com product listing additionally cites IHC, while the manufacturer datasheet reports ICC/IF and recommends dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–270 of human HK3 (NP_002106.2), and the manufacturer states an expected molecular weight of 110 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity purified. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
