Anti-HK1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied as a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting human Hexokinase 1 (HK1). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications on human samples and is affinity purified as a liquid preparation.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–300 of human HK1 (NP_000179.2). It is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight is 110 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
