Anti-HK1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting HK1 (Hexokinase 1). It is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Manufacturer data for this reagent describes validation across Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 21–219 of human HK1 (NP_000179.2), affinity purified and supplied as a liquid. Concentration is reported as lot specific, and the target protein's molecular weight is 102 kDa. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and the manufacturer lists it as KO Validated.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200 and IP 1:100–1:500. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
