Anti-HIV1 p24 Antibody [473]

This Mouse monoclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets HIV1 p24 (clone 473) and is presented unconjugated and lyophilised. It is validated for ELISA and WB, with an IgG1 isotype and reactivity directed against Human immunodeficiency virus. The antibody does not cross-react with HIV-1 GP41 or HIV-2 GP36.

The immunogen is purified recombinant HIV-1 p24 core protein, and the antibody has been purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is formulated by lyophilisation from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2, and should be reconstituted with double distilled water.

For handling and storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
