Anti-HIV1 p24 Antibody [425]

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal (425) antibody targets HIV1 p24 and is validated for ELISA, reacting with Human immunodeficiency virus. The antibody is of the IgG1 isotype and is supplied unconjugated. It does not recognise HIV-1 GP41 or HIV-2 GP36. The immunogen is purified recombinant HIV-1 p24 (core protein), and the antibody has been purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.

The product is shipped lyophilised from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2, and should be reconstituted with double distilled water; concentration is reconstitution dependent. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze / thaw cycles avoided.
