Anti-HIV1 p24 Antibody [287]

Mouse monoclonal antibody [287] raised against HIV1 p24, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for ELISA. The antibody is of the IgG1 isotype, unconjugated, and produced in mouse host cells. It reacts with Human immunodeficiency virus.

The immunogen used was purified recombinant HIV-1 p24 (core protein). Cross-reactivity testing shows this antibody does not recognise HIV-1 GP41 or HIV-2 GP36. The antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and supplied lyophilised from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2. It should be reconstituted with double distilled water.

Storage instructions: shipped at 4°C, then aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
