Description
From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a mouse monoclonal [161] antibody specific for HIV1 p24, validated for ELISA and reactive with Human immunodeficiency virus. The IgG1 antibody is supplied unconjugated.
The immunogen was purified recombinant HIV-1 p24 (core protein). According to the manufacturer's data, the antibody does not cross-react with HIV-1 GP41 or HIV-2 GP36. The product is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and supplied lyophilised from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2. Concentration is reconstitution dependent.
Reconstitute with double distilled water. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
