Anti-Histone H4K20me2 Antibody

It is supplied unconjugated and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. The reagent was generated by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic methylated peptide corresponding to residues surrounding K20 of human histone H4, and purified by antigen affinity-chromatography. It is provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. A recommended Western Blot dilution of 1:500 to 1:2000 is suggested. The product ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
