Anti-Histone H4 (symmetric di methyl R3) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against Histone H4 (di methyl Arg3), a symmetric dimethylation mark at arginine 3 of the histone H4 protein. The immunogen is a synthetic symmetric dimethylated peptide around R3 of human Histone H4, with the peptide sequence SGRGK. The unconjugated IgG reagent is affinity purified and supplied as a lot-specific concentration in a liquid formulation of Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

Validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and Dot Blot applications, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Dot Blot, 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a molecular weight of 11 kDa.
