Anti-Histone H4 (K5) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Histone H4 and supplied in unconjugated form. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.

The reagent is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It recognises endogenous levels of Histone H4 protein and was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal region of human Histone H4.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. Reported purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 11 kDa.
