Anti-Histone H4 (Acetyl-K12) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against Histone H4 acetylated at lysine 12 (H4K12ac), a chromatin mark associated with permissive transcription and active gene expression. The antibody recognizes endogenous levels of histone H4 only when modified at K12 and has been validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples.
