The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ICC/IF, Immunoprecipitation (IP), Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and ChIP-seq workflows, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody has been affinity purified and is shipped at 4°C for storage at -20°C after aliquoting, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
