Anti-Histone H3 (Tri-Methyl K14) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic trimethylated peptide centered on lysine 14 of human Histone H3 (sequence GGKAP; NP_003520.1) and is affinity purified for chromatin-epigenetics workflows. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated IgG isotype antibody recognizes endogenous Histone H3 only when tri-methylated at K14 and has a molecular weight of approximately 17 kDa. The host species is rabbit with a polyclonal clonality, and the product cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
