Anti-Histone H3 (T22) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets Histone H3, a core nucleosomal protein widely used as a loading-control marker in chromatin and epigenetics research. The reagent specifically recognizes an epitope spanning threonine 22 of Histone H3 and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry, the antibody reacts with Histone H3 from human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting cross-species work in cell lysates and fixed tissue sections.
