Anti-Histone H3 (sDi-Methyl R17) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets asymmetric dimethylation at arginine 17 on histone H3 (H3R17me2a), a chromatin modification deposited by the CARM1/PRMT4 methyltransferase and closely associated with active transcription and estrogen receptor signaling. Validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows, the reagent is supplied as a 50 µl volume at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
