Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal raised against Histone H3. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications.
The antibody is raised against a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S28 of human HIST1H3B, and is reactive with Human and Rat samples. According to the supplied storage guidance, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
