Anti-Histone H3 (phospho-S10) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Histone H3 phosphorylated at Serine 10. It is supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows, including ICC/IF. The reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Histone H3 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 10. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Histone H3 only when phosphorylated at Ser10. It recognises a target of approximately 17 kDa and is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
