Anti-Histone H3 (mono methyl R26) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic monomethylated peptide around arginine 26 of human histone H3 (NP_003520.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with a lot-specific concentration.

The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It recognises histone H3 bearing the mono methyl Arg26 modification, a target reported at 17 kDa molecular weight.

Applications listed by the manufacturer are WB, ICC/IF and IP, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF and 1:50–1:100 for IP.
