Anti-Histone H3 (mono methyl K79) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises histone H3 mono-methylated at lysine 79. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), immunoprecipitation (IP), ChIP and ChIP-seq applications, the antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The immunogen is a synthetic monomethylated peptide around K79 of human histone H3 (NP_003520.1), with sequence DFKTD, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 17 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and on arrival should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
