Anti-Histone H3 (Di-Methyl-Lys27) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognises Histone H3 when di-methylated at lysine 27. It was raised against a di-methyl peptide at K27 of Histone H3 and specifically detects endogenous Histone H3 (di-methyl K27) protein, with Histone H3 listed as the protein target.

The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.4) containing 0.02% sodium azide as preservative and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from antiserum by affinity chromatography.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
